Price information

• There will be added a tourist tax of €5.00 per person/ day (aged 14 years and over).
• The rates are mentioned per person and day in double room and halfboard.
• For stays of 1-3 nights there is a supplement of €10.00 per person and per day.

All rooms are equipped with bathroom (shower or bathtub), bidet, WC, hairdryer, TV-Sat, telephone, Internet Wi-Fi connection, safe, minibar and balcony or garden.

The following services are included in the indicated price:

• Welcome cocktail
• Overnight stay with a rich breakfast buffet in the morning, offering a wide selection of local and natural products
• A four-course dinner of your choice with a salad buffet
• Special culinary evenings, such as gala dinners, homemade dessert buffets, Ladin evenings with an aperitif and local specialities, and live music
• Access to our wellness oasis, Nynphaea, with a swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna (Finnish, bio and steam), experience showers and a relaxation area
• Bathrobe
• High-speed Wi-Fi internet connection via fibre optic network
• Guided hikes with local mountain guides (five times per week; see www.valgardena-active.com)

• Mountain bike rental at the hotel
• Parking in the covered garage with direct access to the hotel and lift
• Exclusive to our guests: free use of all buses in Val Gardena with the Val Gardena Mobilcard

Children are very welcome and receive the following conditions in the extra beds:

• until 1 year = € 30,00 per day
• 1-3 years = €50.00 per day
• 4-21 years = 50% discount on the adult price
• over 12 years = 30% discount on the adult price

Booking confirmation:

The booking is confirmed by a written confirmation from the hotel.
A deposit of a maximum of 30% of the cost of the stay must be provided to confirm the booking.

Travel cancellation insurance

We recommend you to take out our HOGAST insurance policy, so in case of cancellations short time before arrival, delayed arrival or earlier departure you won’t have any cost and you will get back your down payment. The policy price amounts to approx. 6% of the total stay.

Cancellation policy

We hope you will understand that we also need to cover ourselves. If you won’t take out the insurance policy proposed, following cancellation policy will be applied:
• until 4 weeks before arrival cancellations are without charge
• from 4 weeks until 3 days before arrival there will be charged 50% of the full stay amount
• less than 3 days before arrival there will be charged 80% of the full stay amount
• in case of non-arrival, delayed arrival and early departures will be charged 100% of the full stay amount.
