Price list and general conditions for the 4-star Hotel Grones in Ortisei.

Price information

• All prices include halfboard (breakfast and dinner).
• The daily rates mentioned are per person and day in double room.
• The weekly rates are per person for 7 nights in double room.
• For stays of 1-2 nights there is a supplement of €10.00 per person and per day.
• To the prices indicated there will be added a tourist tax of €3.90 per person (aged 14 years and over) per day, payable on departure.

Price reduction in extra beds

Children and adults receive the following conditions in the extra beds (in room with 2 adults):
• until 1 year € 30,00 per day,
• from 1 to 3 years €50.00 per day,
• from 4 to 11 years 50% discount on the adult price,
• over 12 years 30% discount on the adult price.

Following facilities and services are included in these prices:

• Welcome cocktail (once a week)
• Overnight stay including a rich and healthy breakfast buffet with local products in the morning
• A 4 courses dinner to choose with salad buffet in the evening (vegetarian and diet menus are available on request)

Booking confirmation:

The booking is confirmed by a written confirmation from the hotel.
A deposit of a maximum of 30% of the cost of the stay must be provided to confirm the booking.

Travel cancellation insurance

We recommend you to take out our HOGAST insurance policy, so in case of cancellations short time before arrival, delayed arrival or earlier departure you won’t have any cost and you will get back your down payment. The policy price amounts to approx. 6% of the total stay.

Cancellation policy

We hope you will understand that we also need to cover ourselves. If you won’t take out the insurance policy proposed, following cancellation policy will be applied:
• until 4 weeks before arrival cancellations are without charge
• from 4 weeks until 3 days before arrival there will be charged 50% of the full stay amount
• less than 3 days before arrival there will be charged 80% of the full stay amount
• in case of non-arrival, delayed arrival and early departures will be charged 100% of the full stay amount.
